Includes: - 5-7 Minute Full Wedding Ceremony Story: A deeper and more emotional edit of your ceremony, capturing the essential moments, readings, and vows. - Social Media Trailer: A 1-2 minute teaser, perfect for sharing your special day on social media. $150 Deposit is required to save date.
Booking Policy
Booking and Deposit Reservation: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your wedding date. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final product. Late payments may incur a fee. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the booking. Rescheduling: Deposits can be applied to a new date if rescheduled, subject to availability. Services Provided Inclusions: Each package includes a pre-wedding consultation, wedding day coverage, and a final edited video. Exclusions: Extra hours, travel fees, or additional editing requests will incur extra charges. Travel Expenses Travel Fees: For weddings over 100 miles from Lafayette, LA, travel expenses will apply, including: $0.50 per mile for mileage. Necessary accommodation costs for overnight stays. Additional fees for air travel or other transport. Notification: Travel fees will be disclosed at the time of booking. Client Responsibilities Cooperation: Clients must provide a timeline and inform vendors about the videography schedule. Access: The videographer must have access to key locations and moments throughout the event. Intellectual Property Copyright: All footage is owned by the videographer. Clients receive a license for personal use of the final video. Promotion: The videographer reserves the right to use video clips for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery Timeline Editing and Delivery: Final videos will be delivered 2-3 weeks after the wedding, depending on the package. Format: Videos are delivered digitally via a private online link and YouTube, unless otherwise specified. Liability Liability: The videographer’s liability is limited to the contract value and does not cover unforeseen events. Equipment and Backup Equipment: The videographer uses professional-grade equipment with on-site backup. Code of Conduct Professionalism: The videographer will act professionally and respect the client’s wishes. Disruption: Efforts will be made to minimize disruption during the event. Amendments Policy Changes: The videographer reserves the right to amend the policy and will notify clients of any changes.
